The most precious passengers in our cars besides our food is our children. When we travel in our vehicles, we need to make sure that our children are as safe as possible and protected. Vehicles are the leading cause of death for children under the age of 13. According to the Centers for Disease Prevention (CDC), in the United States, 675 children aged 12 years and younger died as passengers in motor vehicle crashes, and nearly 116,000 were injured in 2017.

Of that large number, 216 were not restrained and/or properly restrained when the crash occurred.
